Who we are

Keyframe Viewings, based in Dublin, Ireland, creates cinematic property walkthroughs. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Contact us at info@keyframeviewings.com or +353 83 358 8946 with any privacy questions.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or agency, property type, package of interest, listing link, property details and message. Please only share information you are entitled to provide.

When you book a consultation through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, we receive the booking details you enter, such as your name, email address, appointment time and any additional information you choose to share. We also keep correspondence relating to your enquiry or booking.

Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, discuss your property and prepare or deliver our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract if you become a client.

We also rely on legitimate interests to manage correspondence, maintain relevant business records and keep our services secure. These interests are balanced against your privacy rights. Where records must be kept by law, our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation. We do not sell your personal information.

Services that handle your information

We use trusted service providers to run the website and manage enquiries:

  • Web3Forms delivers information submitted through our enquiry form.
  • Google provides our email and Google Calendar consultation booking services.
  • Lovable provides website hosting.

These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Some may also process limited information for their own purposes under their privacy policies. Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area; where required, appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply.

Videos and cookies

Our walkthrough videos are hosted on our own website and do not set cookies. YouTube is only used if you click “Watch on YouTube”, which opens YouTube in a new tab under YouTube’s own privacy policy.

Opening the consultation booking pop-up loads Google Calendar, which may use cookies and process information under Google’s privacy policy. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months unless you become a client. If you become a client, we retain relevant client records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, including accounting and tax obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of information where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.

To exercise a right, email info@keyframeviewings.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity and will normally respond within one month. If a request needs more time, we will explain why.

Making a complaint

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
