Who we are

Our service
We create walkthrough videos from photos and information you supply, optionally including potential fit-out (CGI) scenes, narration and 9:16 Reels. Packages and prices are shown on our Pricing page or agreed with you in writing before work starts.
Your materials
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, the photos, floor plans and information you send us, and you give us permission to use them to create your video. You are responsible for the accuracy of property details you provide.
Potential fit-out (CGI) scenes
These are illustrative only and do not represent the property as it currently is. They are labelled on screen (for example “Potential fit-out · Indicative CGI”). When you publish a video containing them, you agree to keep those labels and to describe them as potential/CGI in your listing, and not to present them as the current condition of the property. You remain responsible for your listing complying with portal rules and advertising standards.
Revisions
We'll revise your video until you're reasonably happy, within the scope of the package you ordered. Changes that require new photos, extra rooms or a different package may be quoted separately.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving everything we need. Timings are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment
We invoice once you're happy with your video. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Free samples are provided once per agency with no obligation.
Using your video
Once paid (or for a free sample), you may use the finished video to market the property for as long as you need, on portals, your website and social media. We keep ownership of our editing, CGI and templates, and may show the video in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. A free sample may carry a small “Video by Keyframe Viewings” credit.
Music and voices
Music and AI voices we use are licensed for marketing use within our videos only.
Liability
We take care to produce accurate, high-quality work, but our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the video concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
